Using Perchd

By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's ok — but please don't use the app.

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Perchd.
  • You don't need an account — Perchd creates an anonymous guest session on your device automatically.
  • You're responsible for the links you add. Don't use Perchd to track anything illegal or harmful.

What Perchd doesn't guarantee

We do our best, but there are some things we can't promise:

  • Price accuracy — Prices are shown as seen at the time we checked. Retailer prices can vary by location, time, or session. We display a timestamp so you always know when the price was last verified.
  • Availability — Retailers change their websites, remove products, or go offline. If we can't extract a price, we'll let you know and disable monitoring for that item.
  • Notification delivery — Push notifications depend on your device, OS, and network. We send them on a best-effort basis.
  • Uptime — We aim for high availability but can't guarantee uninterrupted service.

Affiliate links

Some items may include affiliate links. You can turn these off in Settings once prompted — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Sharing

When you share a collection, item, or outfit, a link is created that anyone with the link can view. Shared links expire after 30 days. You're responsible for what you share — don't share links to illegal, harmful, or offensive content via Perchd.

Your content

Your collections, items, and preferences belong to you. We don't claim any rights over your content. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. AI-generated outfit images are temporary, expire after 30 days, and are not included in exports.

Things you shouldn't do

  • Use Perchd to track illegal goods or services
  • Attempt to interfere with, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
  • Abuse the sharing feature to distribute spam or malicious links
  • Misrepresent Perchd or use the brand in a misleading way

We reserve the right to disable your guest session if we detect misuse.

Termination

You can stop using Perchd at any time. To remove your data from our servers, use the delete option in Settings before uninstalling. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your server-side data, and it cannot be recovered afterwards. Guest sessions that have been inactive for 12 months may be automatically cleaned up, including all associated data. We may also suspend or terminate your session if these terms are violated.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know in the app and update the date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

Perchd is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to inaccurate price information, missed notifications, or purchasing decisions made based on information shown in Perchd. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
